Download Application Register Online Event: DSGA Event #3  Shotgun Starting Time:  1pm Date: Monday, September 15, 2008     Location: Moraine Country Club Format of Play: 18 Holes of Stroke Play  Entry Fee: $90 per player -   Entry Includes: green fees, cart, range, dinner & prizes (optional Cash or Chargeback Lunch Available) Divisions of Play:  Divisions Based on Age on Day of Event and will be divided into as close to equal numbers as possible Eligibility:  Contestants must be a member of the Senior Golfers Association, and have a Valid USGA GHIN Handicap Index issued through the Miami   Valley Golf Association. Not a Member?  Download Application Here Handicaps: Gross & Net Winners will be awarded in all Divisions of Play.  Rules of Play: Play will be governed by the USGA Rules of Golf and where applicable,by the Local Rules and conditions set forth by the MVGA. Playoff: If a tie for first place in any division occurs a scorecard playoff using the USGA Regression Method, will be used to determine the winner.  Deadline: September 5, 2008,  Event expected to Fill Quickly,  Entries will be accepted by order of receipt Groupings Available:  Friday, September 12, Groupings will be e-mailed to addresses provided on the entry form, available at the host site, and on www.miamivalleygolf.org.
