| A few items to review before you arrive to volunteer... |
| 1. Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to your assigned time at the Volunteer Registration Area - Located inside the Clubhouse on the bottom level and entry is on the lower east side of the clubhouse. |
| 2. Wear Comfortable Shoe - Tennis Shoes are Best. |
| 3. Dress for the conditions of the day, You will receive a USGA Hat and we ask that you consider wearing a yellow shirt. Generally accepted golf attire is the dress code for the day. |
| 4. If you need readers - bring a pair with you. |
| 5. As a walking scorer, please ensure you stand in appropriate locations away from players field of vision and site lines and off of Teeing Area's and Putting Greens. |
 6. Do bring your Cell Phone as many of you will score using your mobile device. Please ensure a full charge on your arrival (We will have Portable Charges Available) and set it on silent, also please turn off the vibration feature. It is wise to download the Scoring App if you don't already have it on your device. We will provide the GGID number for your group upon your arrival on Monday Morning.

| 8. Association Staff will be wearing light blue shirts for identification purposes. |
