| SCORE POSTING TO GHIN HANDICAP RECORD: Match Play Scores shall be posted by the competitor. |
| FLIGHTS IN MATCH PLAY: Seeding will be based on Competitors Handicap Index on July 15th. The lowest 16 Handicap Indexes will be placed in the Championship Flight. All other flights will consist of 8 players. Play within flights will be by gross score. The Defending Champion will receive the #1 seed. |
| CONSOLATION IN MATCH PLAY: There will be a consolation flight for those that lose their first round match. Each Player will play a minimum of Two Matches |

| CADDIES: Players may bring their own caddies, but they are not required to use a caddie. Transportation is available and provided as part of registration fee. Pushcarts/Trolleys may be used. |
| NO ONSITE REGISTRATION : No pre tee time registration is required. Please ensure you reach your starting tee a few minutes prior to each starting time. |
| STARTING TIMES: Will begin at 8am on Wednesday/Thursday Morning and Approx. 12pm on Thursday Afternoon. Friday at Approx. 8am Matches for the Championship Flight will begin. |
| PACE OF PLAY: The pace for each group to complete each stroke play round will be 4:30 minutes. |
