LENGTH: Part-time, 20 Hours Per Week 

OFFICE LOCATION: The Miami Valley Golf’s office – Centerville, OH.

ABOUT US: Miami Valley Golf, founded in 1994, is the governing body for the Miami Valley Area (Greater Dayton, OH) for amateur golf. As a not-for-profit organization, our purpose is to be a community support organization using the network of our sport to have a collective impact on current and future generations by serving to educate, employ, empower & inspire. 

JOB DESCRIPTION: The selected candidate will be responsible for day-to-day administration of clerical activities for Miami Valley Golf

JOB DUTIES: Responsibilities to Include – Monthly Reconciliation - Daily Accounting - Accounts Payable & Receivable – Supervise Credit Card Processing - Assist in Annual Budget preparation – Banking Services – Staff Support to include onboarding, orientation, wage and hour conduit to Certified Professional Employer Organization - Member Service and other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) / Dependable automotive transportation / Strong organizational and communication skills / Demonstrated strong work ethic. / A growth mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

HELPFUL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of QuickBooks Online / USGA-AGA community and products, such as GHIN / Knowledge of Golf Genius Tournament Management / Prior golf experience, is helpful, but not required.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
